Can a non Korean/Foreigner enroll at the Colleges?
No, a student must have Korean blood in their veins. They can either be 100% Korean or Half or 1/4 Korean. There will be limited slots for students who are mixed raced. Probably 2 per department to observe diversity.
Can students have colored or dyed hair? colored eyes?
tan/dark skin?
Yes, they can sport colored hair , Streaks and Ombre Gradients.
Though they should all be born with either natural black or brown hair : D
Yes for colored eyes, they can be wearing fashion contacts.
Yes for tan/dark skin, not all Koreans are born with milky white complexion, tan and dark skin can be natural even for a pure Korean.
You dont need to elaborate on hair / eye / skin color on the apps

Not necessarily looking at the best Art skill but you need to atleast draw the app yourself. Members must be familiar with the difference between jpg and png as some memes and apps require transparency.
Basic Digital Art skill is a must. We would not accept traditionally drawn apps because we'd like to keep things looking neat. Traditional art submissions are welcome but for the app it has to be digital
The app decline reason is in the digression of the admins. You may ask why you got declined to help you in the future in private ^^ Public questions regarding this matter will be ignored.
All members should be 18 years old and above since we may discuss topics which are not suitable for kids.
How many members until the group closes?
We'll try to keep the departments balanced so initially we'll be accepting atleast 5 unique deviants per department. A department shall close indefinitely once it reaches max 10 members.
We have a total of 8 sport departments to choose from.

You can draw and not choose to chat with anyone, thats your choice! Interaction is not mandatory since some members may just want a group for their OC art. Its totally ok!

What made you reopen this group?
Weve been an RP group since 2017 starting with Hanwool College then gradually expanding with Seungri College. Since the world is suffering from a pandemic right now, and some of us are trying our best to stay productive and healthy despite situations being sad and scary. I felt it was a good idea to bring back this community , atleast to give us inspiration and some light hearted chatting. - piyoniq
Hanwool vs Seungri? What differences are you looking for on Character Judging?
Hanwool is a government run school and students are mostly from humble backgrounds while Seungri students are mostly rich kids.
We may accept rich kids enrolling in Hanwool however its unlikely for someone from a common household to be enrolled in Seungri. Please keep the school and department information in mind as well.
A super thin weak kid who focuses on makeup and diets cannot be enrolled as a Weightlifter, its not physically possible for that student to be an Olympian Power Lifter.
Does the colleges accept idols? How about Idol Parents?
Were more likely to accept idol trainees since fulltime idols cannot realistically balance their training with their jobs.
Were limiting the acceptance of students who are trainees as well as students with music backgrounds and famous parents/siblings/friends.
Please dont use a canon idol as your OC's parent. Its weird.
Im practicing English, can i join?
Yes of course! As long as you can communicate in basic english which we can understand then youre welcome to join the group.
However please ask a friend to proof read your app, you may risk being rejected if the app is not well written.
What kind of Art skill level are you looking for?
Were not judgemental but someone who can atleast draw the details of the uniform in digital platform would be ideal.

Apps should be submitted as a png ( transparent ) so if youre not able to distinguish that then you may want to try again in the future.
I have an OC which was previously accepted?
Am i auto accepted after reservations?
We will rescreen all Apps but will also take into account your activity when you were in the group before. Even if a department caps at 5, we may bend the rules a little for members which were with us during our early years. ( provided you have also properly written and drawn your app )
How many OCs are we allowed to have?
During reservations , you are required to register ( 1 ) main OC but you are allowed up to 2 upon initial registration. For more chances of getting accepted in case one of the OCs are applying for a populated department ^^
Once the group has started, you may add more OCs every after app checks ( 3 - 4 months )
Can i rejoin with an old OC ( from the first term? )
Yes! Youre allowed to do so. The Alumni Story does not exist in this timeline so all OCs are going back to being students. With that being said, please dont use the information youve got during the Alumni timeline without consent from the owner of the OC.
